Comments from customers who found our Glass Bottom Culture Dishes very useful:

Left quotationThank you for your free samples of Glass Bottom Culture Dishes. They are perfect for visualization of live cells by fluorescence microscopy. I'm sending you the picture of our rat basophilic leukemia (RBL) cells transfected with GFP-gama-tubulin. The picture of living cells on your dishes was taken by inverted confocal microscope.Right quotation

Left quotationI just wanted to let you know that I received your free sample of the glass bottom dishes and I tried them to grow my particular cell type (primary neural progenitor cells). The results were amazing! I had never been able to successfully grow these cells on glass before but they seem to love your dishes. This will be very helpful for imaging experiments. Thank you!I will place my order right now...Right quotation

Left quotationThese folks (MatTek) make a great little petri dish (sterile) with a glass coverslip on the bottom that is perfect for live cell microscopy.Right quotation

Left quotationI received the glass bottom culture dish free samples from MatTek and tried several times in our fluorescence imaging analysis. In general, your products are very good and very convenient for us to monitor cellular function changes. The most important advantage is that it is easy and convenient to visualize cells with fluorescence. For instance, we seeded our MDCK cells on these dishes and transfected a GFP-fusion protein (e.g. CFP-DEVD-YFP, phrGFP-cPLA2, pEGFP-cytochrome-c plasmid DNA) into the cell. The next day, it was easy to know the efficacy of transfection rate. Thank you very much for your free sample offer.Right quotation
